I love that you started with Hit Record.  I am not sure if that is a real reminder to make sure you are not talking unrecorded, or whether it is a challenge to get over your fear.  Maybe it&#039;s a little of both?

I like the 15 minute challenge.  I have played around with making a podcast, but like you, I found it took a lot of energy to talk very long knowing you are being recorded.  There is just something about knowing I am being recorded that changes the way I talk.

Thanks for sharing your experience.  It is helpful as always!
