I’ve found (and agree with you) that regular posting is the best thing you can do, especially when you start. If users don’t see frequent posting, they will be less likely to come back.

Brad thanks for the great advice, I think I going to keep with my punishment for this week I been wanting to see if posting everyday for a while and see if it has any effect on traffic vs. posting every other day. I been posting 3-4 times a week for the last 3 months.

If I do sick with everyday this week I will be able to keep my month post number consistent and see if that has any increased effect on traffic. Then next week I will write everyday but go back to my Normal posting M-W-F.
